Digital Products
All digital products (ebooks, prompt packs, planner inserts, bundles) are delivered instantly. After checkout, you'll receive a download link via email and/or on your order confirmation page. No shipping is required, and there are no shipping fees for digital items.
If you don't receive your download link within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@mindfullivingco.store.
Physical Products (Mindful Tools Collection)
Physical items in our Mindful Tools collection are fulfilled through our supplier network, which allows us to offer a curated range without holding inventory ourselves. Because of this, shipping timelines differ slightly from typical in-house fulfillment.
Processing time: Orders are processed within [2–3] business days before shipment.
Estimated delivery time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes [3–5] business days, depending on your location and the supplier's fulfillment center.
Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.
Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Multiple items, multiple packages: If your order includes several physical items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days, as items can come from different suppliers or fulfillment centers.
Where we ship: At this time, we ship physical products to the United States and Canada only. Digital products remain available worldwide. We hope to expand physical shipping to additional regions in the future.
Delayed shipments: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@mindfullivingco.store with your order number and we'll look into it with our supplier.
Mixed Orders (Digital + Physical)
If your order includes both digital and physical products, your digital items will be available for download immediately, while physical items will ship according to the timelines above.
